Acceptance of Terms of Use

• A valid email address (if requested)
• A strong password of at least eight (8) characters, containing uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. laju99 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to safeguard your login information. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, report it to laju99 support immediately.

Laju99 reserves the right to request additional verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) when:

• Withdrawal amounts exceeding certain thresholds within a specified time period
• There is unusual or suspicious activity on the account
• A first withdrawal request is made to a new bank account or e-Wallet
• Laju99 acts on instructions from the relevant authorities

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same name and account as your laju99 registration details. laju99 reserves the right to decline or suspend any transaction that does not meet identity verification requirements. laju99 account balances do not accrue interest and cannot be transferred to another member's account.

Bonus, Promotion & Reward Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by laju99 — including the Welcome Bonus, cashback, rebates, and festive promotions — are subject to the specific terms of each offer as well as the following general terms:

• Each promotion has a specified offer period, rollover requirements, betting limits, and eligible game categories — all of which are detailed on the respective promotion page.
• The laju99 Welcome Bonus is exclusively for new members making their first deposit — one claim per member, non-transferable.
• Rollover requirements (wagering requirements) are calculated based on the total bonus amount received, unless otherwise stated. Bets placed at odds of less than 1.25 do not count towards the rollover requirement.
• Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash until the rollover requirement has been fully met within the specified period.
• If the rollover requirement is not met within the stipulated period, the remaining bonus balance will be automatically forfeited. Your original deposit and any cash winnings already credited will remain unaffected.

General Betting Rules

• Confirmed and accepted bets are final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn by the member after confirmation.
• Laju99 reserves the right to void or amend any bets placed based on incorrectly displayed odds, system outages, or obvious technical errors.
• For Sports Betting, results are determined based on official outcomes released by the relevant governing body. For matches that are cancelled or postponed by more than 12 hours, all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play betting is subject to market availability and the processing time required. laju99 does not guarantee that all markets will remain available throughout a match.
• For 4D lottery, Toto, and similar betting products, draws take place according to the operator's official schedule. Tickets purchased cannot be cancelled after purchase.
• For E-Sports betting, results are based on the official match outcome within the specified tournament. Matches that are cancelled or not completed within a set timeframe will be voided.

• Multiple account ownership by the same user
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process
• Attempts to exploit system vulnerabilities, bugs, or odds errors
• Suspected money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour towards laju99 support staff
• Instructions from the relevant authorities

In cases where an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, laju99 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, the account balance will be returned within 14 business days.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact laju99 support. Once the request is received, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal within 5 business days.

Changes to Terms & Conditions
